Epoxy resin labels, especially self-adhesive epoxy resin labels, are widely used in high-end packaging, logistics, food, and pharmaceutical industries due to their excellent durability, three-dimensional effect, and waterproof and stain-resistant properties.

Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface to be pasted is clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, or rust. Initial cleaning can be done with a dry cotton cloth or sandpaper; if necessary, wipe with a cleaning agent such as acetone.

Environmental Inspection: The operating environment should be well-ventilated to eliminate any harmful gases that may be released during the epoxy resin curing process.

Ambient temperature and humidity will affect the curing effect. The ideal curing temperature is 15-25℃; special attention should be paid to cold and damp weather.

Tool Preparation: Prepare mixing sticks, brushes, scrapers, or syringes for application, and ensure that the tools are clean and dust-free to prevent impurities from affecting the bonding effect.

Personal Safety: Wear gloves, goggles, and other protective equipment during operation to avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water immediately. If swallowed, induce vomiting with warm water and seek medical attention.

Fire Safety: Epoxy resin is a flammable material and must be kept away from open flames, heat sources, and oxidizers. Foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder, or sand can be used for fire extinguishing.

Storage Requirements: Unused epoxy resin adhesive should be tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, avoiding moisture and direct sunlight.
