High abrasion resistance: The hardness of the anodic oxide film can reach HV200–600, far exceeding that of pure aluminum (HV20–150). When the thickness of the hard oxide film exceeds 20μm, it can even surpass that of stainless steel.
Strong corrosion resistance: The oxide film (Al₂O₃) is chemically stable and can effectively resist the corrosion of ultraviolet rays, damp heat, salt spray, organic solvents, and most chemicals, making it suitable for outdoor and harsh environments.
Excellent adhesion and durability: The pattern is achieved through screen printing + dye penetration into micropores + sealing process, resulting in strong colorfastness. Black graphics can last for more than 15 years outdoors.
Environmentally friendly and harmless: The material is non-toxic, odorless, and 100% recyclable, meeting modern environmental standards.
Lightweight and high strength: Aluminum has a density only about 1/3 that of copper, making the nameplate lightweight and easy to install. Its strength can be increased through alloying. Excellent electrical insulation: The oxide film is non-conductive, suitable for applications requiring insulation, such as electronic appliances.
Strong metallic texture: The surface retains the natural metallic luster of aluminum, supporting matte, mirror, and brushed finishes, enhancing the product's premium feel.
Fire safety: Made of pure metal, non-flammable at 600℃, and releases no toxic gases.
