Aluminum labels are primarily made of aluminum alloy due to its numerous advantages and wide applicability. Besides aluminum alloy, stainless steel, plastic, and other materials can also be used to make labels, depending on the specific needs.

Common installation and fixing methods for aluminum labels include double-sided adhesive tape installation, installation with feet on the back, drilling or punching installation, and metal clip installation. Double-sided adhesive tape installation is widely used, commonly found on furniture, appliances, and electronic products. Before installation, ensure the installation surface is clean; adhesive performance and lifespan depend on the quality of the double-sided adhesive. Installation with feet on the back is more secure, requiring the pre-drilled holes on the contact surface to be symmetrical with the label's feet. Drilling or punching installation involves punching holes in the surface and then securing with screws; equipment is needed to pre-drill corresponding holes. Metal clip installation is typically used for bags and luggage; simply insert the metal clip on the back into the item and fasten it.
